Deferred Presentment Transaction or 'Payday Loan' and how it works:
When an unexpected expense pops up between paydays, let us help! Borrow between $50 & $600 to get you through. Our application and transaction process takes 15-30 minutes - no credit check required.
We advance money on your checking account with a personal check as collateral. You write a check, we give you cash.
That check is held until your next payday. On payday, we ask that you come in and pay us cash in the amount of your original advance + finance charge (fees), in return, we give you your check back. If you do not, or are unable to, come in on payday we deposit the check at the end of our business day (6:00PM).
Advance amounts are based on income, finance charges are state regulated and based upon the amount of your advance (see chart below). All advances are given in $25 increments.
What we need from you:
- Your most recent 30 day bank statement.
- Proof of your current income for the last month (2-4 pay stubs, or Award Letter from Social Security/VA)
- Your unexpired drivers license or state issued photo ID.
- Social security card.
- A check. (Must be from the same account as the bank statement).
- A utility bill with your name and address
- An Application and Privacty Statement (provided in the office when you come in)

*The Finance Charge is based on 14 day terms. Your APR may be different if your Deferred Presentment Transaction is not 14 days. The actual APR will be disclosed in the Federal Truth in Lending section of your agreement.
The above fees include a $1.35 database verification fee. You may also be
subject to a $31.14 returned check fee or $18.69 Repayment Plan Fee.
